OCEC has been working with our partner to update a Rate Calculator tool. The new calculator will allow members to view recent months to compare current bills to the future rate design through 2028. The calculator is now available and currently has data starting in October 2024 through February 2025. As each month closes OCEC will add data to the tool so members can view the rate design plan effects on their current bills.
You will need to have your 9 digit account number in order to access the data. You can find your account number on the homepage of SmartHub, on a printed bill statement mailed to your residence or business, or you can call us for assistance.
We have also updated the details of your bill. Beginning with the bill received in January for your December usage, the display will include your Peak Demand and the date the demand occurred. We are working with our vendor to also include the time. This detail can be found on page 2 of your statement, below the charges and usage history.
